Billing

So I thought my sky payments were coming out each month for me to only just find out now that the haven't and I have to come up with over £1200 this month or I'll have baylifts at my door can anyone help me

Before getting to the stage of involvement of a debt collection agency Sky will have tried to contact you about missed payments and will have also restricted your services which should have been a red flag to you. As customers here we can't advise anything other than paying what you owe I'm afraid.

If the credit agreement is breached then the full amount can become payable immediately - it appears this has happened but as noted it doesn't happen without warning.
