Recent upgrade

I recently upgraded an iPhone from iPhone 15 pro max to 17 pro max.  I traded in my iPhone 15 pro max to go against the iPhone 15pro max. I sent it back could you advise me if you have received it

As we're other customers here I can confirm we did not receive your phone.

 

I'd ask Sky if they received it?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Apparently it's taking at least 3 weeks to receive, process, check for damage and confirm a valuation on returned devices at the moment.
