Where is my mobile

The engineer completed our upgrade for broadband 

and now I cannot access my mobile on my account

customer service is shocking 

so you can only sort issues in office hours

im raging

Were you given a new broadband hub, if so have you searched for your new network and connected to it via the password that is on thye hub itself ?
