Reactivation of account

Hi, I went at sky outlet to buy airpods for my iphone. After verifying my details I got to know from one of your staff members that my account is closed because I have not actived the Sim which I have received from Sky. Right now I donot need that Sim, but yes I will be activating the Sim in forseeable future. Kindly activate my account amd also help me to change my address. Rajesh Shukla

You only have 30 days to activate the sim before it is cancelled so should you need a new in the future then you will have to order another one when you are ready to do so.
