hi i have just lost my phone and need to order a new sim but cant seem to contact customer services
i have no means at moment ov contacting sky by phone is why im looking to contact an advisor via online i will be able to replace phone thursday but need to order a new sim ASAP

Sky can be contacted via social media as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.
If you want to order a replacement sim then you can do so by asking Sky when you make contact with them.
