Re-schedule a swap

I've let more than 14 days elapse since receiving new phone and returning the old. How do I restart the process? Guide just says login to your account but then what? Also I may have lost the bag/box sent out with the new phone 😞 Epic fail!

Hi @MMB1972  you will need to call sky when the lines open tomorrow, call on 150 to see if they can help you .
