Would not recommend Sky mmobile at all, received an Oppo phone ten days ago which is faulty and now not charging. Phone under 14 days old and they said I now need to send the phone back to them which will take 3 days, they then must review the phone before a replacement is given which can take upto 14 days, terrible service and a terribel returns policy for a product which is fault. Brand new customer and already service is terrible. All other mobile providers within 14 days would send out a new one and collect old one at same time. AVOID Sky Mobile, contract will be getting cancelled.

Did you not read the details of the returns policy when you agreed your Sky contract?

@JohnM1986 Im not aware of any provider that would send out a replacement before recieving the "faulty device" back for inspection first, that would leave them financially exposed for devices that have been deliberatly or accidently damaged being replaced when not eligible.

A device which does not charge on day 1 should be replaced immediately, visited another phone shop yesterday who assured me they would have done this and replaced immediately. It's getting cancelled and going back - avoid Oppo and SKy customer services, do nothing to help!
