Re: New phone do I need my new sim?
Hi,
I have upgraded 2 phones and changed our SIM plans. When the new handsets arrived I popped my old SIMs into them. We had 2 new SIM cards arrive the following day. My question is, do I need to activate these new SIMs as I'm already a Sky customer and want to keep the same numbers on both phones?
Thanks....

Re: New phone do I need my new sim?
If you activate the two sims that came with the phones then you will be paying for them on top on the two you already have. It is difficul to know of you applied the data package change to the sims you have or these new ones but if you checke your account via the MySky app then you should see the data allowance on your current sims.

Re: New phone do I need my new sim?
Hi @Claire1110 the new sims will have new numbers, not your old ones. Just put your old sims in to keep the old numbers and old plans. You can't port from sky sim to sky sim. If you have activated the new sims you will need to call sky on 150 to cancel them or you will be paying for 2 extra plans.
