I'm having the same issue just purchased a phone with sky as well as contract. SIM was successfully activated I recieved a text message confirming this. But then trying to make a call always saying 'sorry we can cannot connect this call if you have set a spend cap you can review and change this at sky.com/settings. Setting a spend cap at £0 is an option so I don't know when I can't call out but when people call me I receive their calls and upon answering all is normal. Appreciate a response back Charlotte
