Re: Sky Piggybank

Re: Sky Piggybank
Initially it takes me to the page....then it straightaway they were unable to roll any piggy bank data....so try again.
I've been trying this for days now and it's actually driving me mad and upsetting me! I struggle with my mental health and this is not helping me at all! Some of my friends are only on WhatsApp, so if I'm out, I just can't use the app!!

Re: Sky Piggybank
If you continue to have problems moving data from your Piggybank onto your sim give Sky a call when the lines open (free by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile) and an agent can move the data for you and investigate why you can't do it,
If you want to reduce your data plan you can do this once a month and any reduction will apply from your next billing period (whereas an increase is applied almost immediately).
