@Juliegoldring

You had added to a thread on the Sky Q board, so as it's a mobile issue I have moved it to the appropriate board.

You say 'no correspondence from Sky'. Have you already reported this to them?

If it's due to a mast issue then you might be unaware that Sky don't own or maintain any phone masts so you'd be relying on a third party repair.

@Juliegoldring

There is no automatic compensation for mobile outages.

Remember Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is a local mast issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Once it has been repaired call Sky and see if they'll credit your Sky account as a good will gesture.

Hi @Juliegoldring  once it's repaired then call sky and they may as a good will gesture credit you for the days lost. There is no guaranteed compensation and not for a full month unless service is down for a month.
