Transfer to sky mobile but cannot make calls to landlines

Hi, I transferred 3 mobile phone accounts in our household to sky mobile using eSim.  Account on iphone now cannot ring landlines

Hi @Irritatedskymob  if this doesn't help then I would call sky and ask for a replacement physical sim, when it arrives activate it and use that or convert it to an esim if that's still what you want.

Thank you for the reply,  any ideas where to find a contact number for Ireland, the 0800 numbers are not working

Change the flag at the bottom right, an Irish number will appear.  (0800 is for UK)

Does 150 from your other phones not work @Irritatedskymob  thats the CS number in UK but not sure about ROI ?
