i have 2 mobile contracts on my account which I pay usually 75 per month, but this month I have seen 225 . Could you please confirm this?

I have tried calling in every customer support number given by sky and didn't get any proper response from anywhere

The number which I have called is computer recorded and can't even understand my post code. How can we say our complaint to a recorded device? I am not using sky number. My sim is three. The other numbers which I tried to call is not picking up my call as it's saying not a call from sky number.

Hi I have two phones in my contract and I didn't pay for February month. So it will be 75 per month. But it's showing as 225. That's why I got confused and I need to know whether direct debit is possible?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe don't know for sure but if you miss a payment it could be added onto your next bill (and they may possibly take the next one as well) or breaking the credit agreement can see the full amount payable.
