Hi so on the sky site for contract phones it says that after 24 months (on a 36 month plan) you can upgrade free of cost to a new phone.
Does this mean that I'll still be paying the same amount I pay monthly, for the new phone for just the one year remaining on my contract?
or does a new upgrade mean I'll have to add on another 24/36 months for the new upgrade.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you swap when Sky says you can they will give you a value for your device and usually that will be enough to pay off the last 12 months on the contract, if it isnt the difference is added to your next bill.
When you get a new phone you will start a new contract on it so another swap like swap 24.
