These have ripped me off for months an your service is very poor you can't even understand your staff I'll be taking these further

Did you read the replies?

 

cancelling your DD won't get the result you want and may even impact your credit record.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Presumably you came on here to get advice in which case cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause additional problems. The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
