REFUND

I have applied for a phone and was accepted, 160 pound deposit was took then a day later told the credit agreement was cancelled on skys behalf, i've waited 14 days for a refund and it is 2 days before christmas and relying on this money

It can take up to 3 weeks to be automatically refunded so I would give it until this time next week (due to the Christmas break) before calling Sky about it.
