In progress order- But being delivered today

Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction..

my order is still in progress, but says expected delivery is today.. I have no update.. what can I do.?

The most up to date information on your order should be available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

If it was due for delivery today @Cmarie31 DPD would have contacted your by text or email with a one hour delivery slot so if you haven't been sent this then I would say it is unlikely you will be receiving it today.
