Purchasing

I have been trying since yesterday afternoon to place an order for a mobile and iPad but each time it's saying technical issue on your side. Are you aware of any issues please? Thank you

Hi @Rother84  you aren't talking to sky CS here, mainly other customers. This error does pop up frequently for some people when trying to place an order. If it's the same in incognito mode or on a different browser then you will need to call sky to place the order.
