Waiting on refund for retuned iPhone

Hello. I returned an iPhone and sim nearly a month ago. Sky have emailed me to say it has arrived back to them but I am still yet to recieve my £12 and £16 refund for upfront payment and first months money taken. I can also see that my next bill, that is due out in a few days, is including the return too. Anyone been in same position?

Returned phones do take up to 3 weeks to be nsoectwd so as it has been over a month and you have seen no movement on this then you will need to call them to see if they can now speed this up for you.
