Problems with data plan

I upgraded my sons data plan last Sunday to the 10GB plan.

At first, the plan upgraded with my son having 10.74 GB of data.

When I checked the plan again around 20-30 minutes later, his data had dropped by a half.

I would like to know why my sons data dropped by 5GB in half an hour.

Got the email to prove my sons new data plan.

Not sure why it would drop in 30 mins but when upgrading you wouldn't get the full amount as what you would get would be based on the number of days before it resets which is your next billing date so after that you should get the 10GB each month.
