Problem with my phone contract

Iv somehow only just noticed that there are 2 mobile plans on my phone contract. I upgreated my phone from the iPhone 13 to the 15 and my old plan is still active and Iv been paying it for month and month on end

Data plans will only stop if you cancel them.

 

I presume you're using a new phone number then?  (As any new SIM you activate will have a new number)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
