Problem with my SIM cards

Hello I have a problem with the SIM cards so basically I had a number with the three and then I moved it to Sky and also I got a new number from Sky so I have two numbers. I lost the Sky number the original one and I did a replacement and I got it today. I tried to activated but I don't know what I did by mistake. I lost the network and my first number and the second number is not working and when I try to activate it now they ask me to send a message to my first number which is ending 663 but this is not working anymore now so this is impossible to activate it if they can't send a message to Me to this number

I wanted to call to explain the things but I don't have a number to to call from it
