Piggyback data

My data rolls over from the 5 mobile phones I have on my account but for some reason every month it's being deducted again so my piggybank isn't going up at all. Can anyone let me know why it's only recently that's it's started doing it

@Sophie861

If you are rolling date over to your devices and it is being removed twice you will need to report this to Sky by calling them on 150.

Piggybank data now expires after 1 year (previously 3).

So every month data going to the bank 13 months ago is culled.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
