Problem with IVR to 0330
When phoning from any SKY phone the IVR options don't work to Peterborough u3a
They are OK from other providers

Not sure what you mean so can we ask why you were trying to call Sky ?

The problem is ringing out from a Sky mobile or landline. The IVR works fine on Peterborough u3a if from other providers

u3a is a national organisation that has hundreds of local groups. It is for retired peope. Peterbough has over 2,400 members. If you google it you will find it easily. I wasn't allowed to put the tel no into this forum but it is on the scrolling banner

So that provides a 0300 number. 01, 02 and 03 landline numbers are inclusive with Sky mobile so you should be able to dial it.

You can dial it ok but when you select any of the options e.g. press 1 for membership it doesn't work.. It will work OK from other than a Sky phone

So you need to report it to Sky so they can take the report from you @Jan1806 , 150 is the number to call Sky on from your mobile.
