You need to contact Sky about this so if you can not call them as you have internet access you could try using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page and there is also a messaging service at the bottom of this page:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder?

 

If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here.

 

Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming it's your Sky Mobile account,  otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
