Problem with Converting SIM to Esim

Hi all,

I am trying or hours now to convert a physical SIM to eSIM and the short verification check Sky is asking for keeps coming back as an error, no matter which number phone I chose. Is there a fault on Sky's system at the moment as its getting bloody annoying now!

If you call sky on 150 (probably tomorrow now) @Jones484  they should be able to sort it for you.
