Upgraded my phone from iPhone XS to 16,

Hi, I have upgraded mine and my wife's phone to a 16 and we need to have new SIM cards because the existing aren't compatible (we are sim only with Sky) how do I go about getting upgraded sims please. 
I've searched everywhere on here but am still clueless.

Hi @Wealthman  the iPhone 16 and Xs both take nano sims so you should just be able to move the sims across.
