Problem transferring number
My daughter has bought a new phone from sky in her own name and a new sim card. Her old sim card which I have ends 621 is a sky sim she wants to keep the number but her phone is saying she cannot use the Pac code. Can you help

You will have to use a pac code to move the number to a PAYG network, then get another pac code from them to move the number to her sim that is on her own Sky account.

You cannot use a PAC code with a network.
As above, the workaround requires transferring the number to a different provider and then back again.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
