When taking first contract with Sky in August 2025, was told by salesman l had missed the €15 monthly tariff and it had changed to €20 month. Sorry l had missed it, however, Sky was still advertising the €15 so l got on to helpline to see if l could have reduction. Told no but contact them when renewal due. Has this happened anyone else?
