Previous complaint

Hi, 

I had a complaint resolved and as a good will gesture of being missold they cancelled two SIM cards. I have now had a cancellation letter to say I'm being charged an early termination when this should have been cleared? I am not paying £88.22 when this was due to being missold. I have previously had issues and if this is not sorted within the next 2 days I will go to the financial ombudsman because I have had to send 3/4 complaints on an issue that has now arose again!!!

As we are all customers here then this second issue can not be solved by you posting here so you will either have to call Sky or put in a further complaint. I would assume this has happened as the two sims were cancelled within the first 12 months which is the usual minimum contract term.

@Anonymous  You won't get anywhere by threatening to go to the ombudsman within 2 days in any event the ombudsman won't take action unless you have a deadlock letter and that won't be issued unless your new complaint hasn't been resolved within 8 weeks
