Not received prepaid envelope to send back my swap phone have no luck with advisors or online

You can use the packaging your new phone came in as there should be a small return address on the inside of it. If you no longer have this then you will have to call Sky on 150 so they can get this sent out to you again.

You will need to call Sky because if you have a printer then they will email it to you so you can print it yourself. I should imagibe it has to be done this way so it can be tracked with a barcode/QR code.
