number is not used very often but I am paying for a service £8.00 a month, trying to ring number and number not available, not an engaged signal but not available and unable to dial out.
If phone switched off , then back on again, line will work ok, but will shut down again after about a week.
did speak to one of your reps about 2 weeks ago about this and he could not find an answer apart from try changing phone, well phone has been changed from an Iphone XR to an Iphone 11 and still having same problem. please advise as to what to be done next, we don't usually know phone is not working untill we are told people can't get hold of us.
