Been quite a few prank calls to a phone number so I would wish to change it

If you have had this number for 12+ months you can call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel it and order you a new one. Otherwise they won't change it unless the calls are of a threatening nature and the police are involved.

If you have had the sim for 12 months or more you are free to call Sky on the free 160 number and ask them

to both cancel it and to order you a new sim.
