Bought new Samsung A33 phone, and would like to return my old A71 for a refund. The phone is in excellent, working condition. I do not have the packaging because I did not arrange the swap in this way.

If you didn't order your new phone as a swap then you will need to call Sky on the free 150 number to see if they say it is possible to do this.
