Poor service

To cut a longgggg story short. Ordered a swap which was iPhone 16 plus. The phone worked for a week. Then broke. Totally frozen. Couldn't turn off or on , so find my phone was still enabled as couldn't do anything. After a week or more of drama and returning iPhone 16. Lots of calls to another country. Now today , " your return has not been disabled of , find my phone" Really. I can't believe this sky. 12 years of being a customer. It's disgusting
