Not registered on etwork
Hi there, recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra which worked fine for a week or so. Message "not registered on network" displayed on screen. I've reset SIM to no avail. Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
Thank you

I take it the phone was from Sky
If so are you able to try the sim in another unlocked phone to see if it works ?

Does any mast issues show here for you:
https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile
If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites as your sim might have developed a fault.
