Poor service from Sky AGAIN

I signed up for an iPad six months ago. Suddenly after charging, it loses power within 30 minutes. Sky sent packaging to return the product and I have heard nothing since then. I have no idea what is happening and the AI self help system is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Very poor service, in fact NO SERVICE.

Hi @Vic32  when did you send it back ? Did you track it and have sky (or their representative) received it ? Have you called sky ? It can take a few weeks for devices to be processed and assessed. If you are still unhappy then you could try a compliant.
