Unlimited data plan promotion

As a Diamind VIP customer I received an offer for an unlimited data plan for £10 a month which seemed like a great deal. I registered for it expecting my data plan to change however, instead I received a new SIM card that needs to be activated and now have 2 SIM cards showing on my account.  I understand that, as this is a promotional offer, it is probably not possible to just upgrade my current data plan, although that wasn't clear, but am I able to swap my phone number to the new SIM and cancel the original one? If so, how?

So long as you've had the original sim for 12 months or longer call Sky to cancel it.

Hi @SteveA269  your options are phone sky and ask if they will put the offer on the old sim and cancel the new one or (as mentioned) if you have had the old sim more than 12 months port it to another network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim.
