iPhone 14?data not working

My child has not been able to get wifi outside and this has been from away last year I'm not happy atal I have phone numerous time and yous either hang up or give me the run around,I have been a customer of sky for over 5 years

Does the phone have an activated SIM in it?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
