Poor service and cancel contract

Ive had sky mobile for a few years and the signal used to be really good. For the past year the signal is so poor, i want to cancel my contract but have 6 months left. Can you just pay off the contract?

You can clear you credit at any time you wish.

 

However, as you've had your dataplan for more than 12 months you can cancel that part only and use a SIM from a different provider (and continue to pay for your device monthly).

 

The device and dataplan are not linked...
