Accessories purchase issue

I technically have 2 accessories on my account (Apple Watch and AirPods) however when trying to get another accessory it doesn't allow me to check out.

 

looking on my account under accessories it shows 3 x £10 paper voucher back from 2020 where I used my piggy bank balance for a sky store voucher 3 times.  Would this affect my ability to get another accessory as it shows 5 total items under accessories when in reality it's only 2?

Equipment: Black Sky Q 2 TB, Sky Q Mini Box, Sky Broadband GigaFast, SR203 Sky Router, Sky Fibre Booster

I would give Sky a call so they can help you with this. 150 is the free number to call them on from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.
