Plese I did not receive a sim card with my phone

I have not received a sim card at all

If this was more than a week ago that your ordered the package for this sim then it might be worth ordering it again from here:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.

When you ordered your phone did you also order a data package or did you only order the phone ?

I am being charged for the package/data even when i havent activated any sim. 

Getting another one will mean paying double. 

 

Please I need a contact or process to replace the missing one instead

You shouldn't be being charged for the sim if it hasn't arrived so you haven't been activated it so is the  charge for the sim appearing your latest bill or a future one ?
