Please help!!!!

I've recently got a new Motorola E13. It will not work with Sky data. I have tried all of the settings tips on here. I've spent over five hours across differnt calls on the phone to Sky who are so unhelpful and rude. If I put the sim into my iPhone it works perfectly so I know it's not the sim. If I put my 3 mobile sim into the Motorola E13 it works perfectly so I know it's not the phone. I've tried three different Sky sims in the Motorola and none of the work. It says 3G or LTE and weirdly WhatsApp messages do work but nothing else. Apps that require the Internet don't work, Netflix, YouTube, Disney + etc all say they cannot access the internet. I'm at my wits end and I don't know what else to do. Please help!

Sky Mobile APN Settings for Android

In your Android Smart Phone Go to – Settings -> More ->Cellular/MObile Network -> Access point Names -> + ( to add)

Name : Sky Mobile Interent
APN : mobile.sky
Proxy : Not Set
Port : Not Set
Username : Not Set
Password : Not Set
Server : Not Set
MMSC : Not Set
MMS Proxy : Not Set
MMS Port : Not Set
MCC : 234 (or – Keep default)
MNC : 57 (or – Keep default)
Authentication Type : Not Set
APN type : default
APN protocol: Ipv4
APN roaming protocol: Ipv4
Enable/disable APN: APN Enabled
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type : None
MVNO Value : Not set

I found this on the internet after trying different APN settings. Make sure you type default on APN type. Also on the APN protocol and APN roaming I put in ipv4 and 6 option. Don't forget to save settings on drop down (top right). Restart the turn off WiFi to test. Good luck!

Re: Please help!!!!

I got the phone from a retailer. But the phone isn't broken so I can't even send it back because it works perfectly with every other type of sim just not Sky.

Re: Please help!!!!

Yes I have added all the settings it seems the same as what everyone has said but it just doesn't work. I know it's definitely something to do with the settings as the sims work in differnt phones and differnt sims work in the Motorola I just can't figure out what quite is wrong.
