Please enter the first 2 digits of the bank account ending in used to pay your sky account

This is super confusing.  When you are asked for the numbers 'ending in' it's usually referring to the last 4 digits so I naturally thought it must mean the first 2 digits of the last 4 of my account. So for example if my account was 00123456, the account would be ending in 3456, therefore the first 2 digits of the bank account 'ending  in' would be 3 and 4.
I tried this and it said it was wrong so then I inputted the first 2 numbers after the 00 as told and it was still wrong. I now only have one more attempt and do not want to input in case this is wrong too. Any help would be much appreciated

I'd say the digits are 00 which are the first two of the account ending in 3456 in your example.
