Piggybank data

Hi 

Earlier today I withdrew some of my piggybank data to my sim, but for some reason it hasn't been added. 

It is showing as on the piggybank as withdrawn, however it isn't showing on the sim.

This is the first time for me to do this, how long does it usually take to show on the sim?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @siangar1  its usually instant but can sometimes take a few hours.

Thank you. I've just tried withdrawing some to my husband's sim, too. That hasn't worked either, so I will wait a few hours to see if it updates.

I would leave both for at least 24 hours and if it hasn't updated then report it to Sky on 150.
