Phone swap

For some reason the swap option on my mobile account has disappeared and is now saying I'm not eligible to upgrade but a few days ago I was 

why is this?

For help with this @Ian891 your only option it to call Sky for free on 150 and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
