Piggy bank query

Hi. If I change my SIM plan, will I lose my data in my piggy bank? I'm currently on 25GB but have loads in my piggy bank so want to drop to 10GB and use up piggy bank data. Will this banked data still be accessable.

You can change your sim plan (mix) every month if you like...

it doesn't impact your piggybank.

Indeed, if you've build up some data then it makes sense to lower your dataplan and use the piggybank when needed to top up.

@Jo_C18

Yes. Piggybank data disappears fully when you cancel a subscription, otherwise data now lasts for 12 months if unused.,

Yes, the data is only lost if the account is closed.
