Credit refund needed

I have been waiting for the 3 months of upgrade payments to be returned to my bank account, only to find you have left a credit on account. My mobile bill is less than £10 a month and will take well over a year to clear down, so will request a refund as i need the funds back to cover other bills. There was no notice it was going to be a credit on account, to say i am dissapointed with my Sky service is a huge understatement.

I believe this is normal process and the credit cannot be refunded unless you close your account.

 

But you can call Sky (on 150) and see if they will oblige.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thank you! I understand but when they say they'll refund I guess it's what you'll expect. But shouldn't expect as they never do what they say they'll do anyway.
