Physical or eSIM?

Morning all

I can see that I can convert my physical SIM to an eSIM.

Would you recommend this?

Hi @oxfordmark  that depends, most people do it so they can have 2 sims/numbers on one phone, for example a personal one and a work one. In theory it should be easier to swap sims when swapping networks etc as you don't need to wait for a physical sim. Phones are heading the way of esim only so in the future at some point you may not have a choice.

Re: Physical or eSIM?

Is the process to convert to an eSim easy?

Is it easy to swap between phones, say my phone needs to go away for repair, can i easily swap to another compatible phone?

Can you have more than one eSim account?

I found it very easy @oxfordmark  but others on here have had issues. There seemed to be a lot of issues with iPhone 15's and not sure if that's been sorted. It should be easy to swap between compatible phones and you can have more than 1 esim on accounts (will have different numbers).
