Phone swapping a damaged phone.

Do I have to return my old phone if I don't owe anything for it? The phone purchase contract ended in June.

Hi @Glynk71  no, don't do a swap/upgrade just order a new phone at Sky.com when logged into your account. If you go down the swap route they will ask for your old device back.
